Cannot hear ringtone for calls

I have a Xperia Z3 dual and the ringtone settings on my phone doesn't work.. I change it to a number of tunes for ringtone but none works ..I cannot hear a sound when a call comes .Ive tried resetting it. .but it doesn't work
