If you are looking for a recovery menu, there is no such menu in our devices and you will need to use the factory reset function found in the Settings menu, or if you for example have forgotten your screen lock, you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted when you reset the device.
