Battery Problem

My battery is dicreasing to early
last night at 1:30AM it was %22
When i woke up in morning at 9AM it became %17 With Stamina Mode On
please help me how to solve it
and while using the phone becomes too hot.

Probably an app it's acting up. 

You could repair the phone with PCC. could you take another screenshot of the graph ?

Settings > power management > battery > tap on the graph at the top
