Anyone having problem on using USBs?

After the lastest update, I found myself having a little troblue using micro-USB devices.

My phone just won't detect and allow me to use the micro-USB device; and if I really want to use the micro-USB device, the only way I can do so is to restart the phone and plug-in the micro-USB while the phone's starting up.

Anyone have the same problem as I'm having?

P.S.: BTW this is what I've been using,

SanDisk Ultra 128GB Dual Drive m3.0 for Android Devices and Computers (SDDD3-128G-G46)

Did you try go to Settings » Device Connection » USB » USB Connectivity » Detect USB Device ?

Yup, but unfortunately that doesn't help.

Did you try use them on Safe Mode?

connect the usb in device and go to setting -Device connection- USB Connectvity , in that select detect usb devices....i  works..
