xz hotspot problem ''no internet''

Merhaba.

No Internet access for device's connected to the phone's hotspot Since the last update, I can't share my Internet with other devices. They connect to my phone's hotspot, but there is no Internet connection.I dont know when did it start (i think after 7.1) .normally i share my internet with my pc but i realised that it connects but no data share.

I did not try. Pc and z2 . It improves when I call

When the call comes back .  Close and open data trafficking Again the same problem

could you test it once more in >>> safe mode with another phone? 

also, settings > about phone > status > signal strength > what do you see?

same problem with my xz after latest update,before there was no problem
