Xperia XZ restarts continuously

My Device keeps restarting for no reason at all just kepps restarting doesn't wanna open with me always gets to the android part then restarts again what should i do it's been 2 days now ????

Hi @Memo22Kadry, I'm very sorry to hear about this.

First of all you can try to remove any SIM and SD card in the device, then force a power off by pressing the volume up (+) key and power key until the phone vibrates. However, if the phone still won't power on properly after doing this I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion as the next step.

I have that same problem too.

And now it's a struggle for me to get restore backups from my google account; certain apps no longer work. I even factory reset it and it's still the same thing.

Yes I did. Unfortunately it did it again and I also tried the software repair. It refused to repair so I went into safe mode, tried to backup what I could (unfortunately I couldn't, b/c in safe mode it would reboot on it's own after 5-10 mins vs. 2-3 mins w/o safe mode). Went back into safe mode and just a factory reset. Can't help but wonder if the last app I downloaded triggered it.
