i bought sony xperia xz phone 22 january 2017.After using 2 month, i had a problem about loudspeaker and handset. İ sent my phone to media markt where i bought. Then, the phone was repaired 1 day later. I talked to man who repaired my phone. The said to me we changed all screen because of loudspeaker and handset. Anyway in june i went to vacation then i wanted to swim in poolwith my phone because it had a waterproff. after taking 2 selfies in the water like 50 cm maximum the phone screen was darking and the flash was opening.finally the phone wasnt work. I sent my phone to media markt again.Hovewer the phone wasnt repaired because of users mistake. I want to see my mistake documents or rapor details (I called media markt and KVK(the distributor in turkey) nobody answer me. Please help me
