I have a Sony Xperia XZ, when I turn the ring volume down to silent, minutes later when I receive a message through messenger the volume goes up to the minimum volume hence making a notification sound, no matter how often I turn it down it isn't long before it's sounding again, I have gone through a majority of apps and put them on silent, even messenger, but this still happens, don't know what to do next, help please..
