Video Enhancements cause incorrect colors on screen capture

Does anybody else have the following issue?

XZ1 Compact, running 47.1.A.2.324, exhibits incorrect colors when Video Image Enhancement is turned on in display settings.

For example, at https://youtu.be/OtrVppbZNf8?t=51s phone screen is displayed (disregard the actual video, this was the most prominent example I could quickly find). With image Enhancement the screen is rendered in solarized palette, with darker background than it should have been:Video Enhancements ON

When enhancements are disabled, the screen in the video looks normal:Video Enhancements OFFSupport suggested factory reset, which I've done multiple times since original report for unrelated reasons, so I'm interested whether this happens on other devices or firmware versions.
