Hi

Ive had the phone now less than 2 months, its has never been dropped or damaged in anyway and all of a sudden the volume Up key has stopped working. I can turn the volume no problem but not up which is now a big problem because its stuck in silent mode. Ive tried putting it in safe mode but no luck.

Can this be fixed??

@Jama26 if the same thing happens in safe mode, then it's most likely a hardware issue. you could perform a software repair using Xperia Companion just to make sure, but if it doesn't sort it out, then you'll want to contact your Local support in order to arrange a repair.

Temporarily until you can solve the problem you can up the volume using the manual display slider that apears in screen after pressing volume down or in settings>sound (after disabling silent mode).
