problem with some keyboard letters

Hello,

I owned an XZ3 since the release! but I have a problem with the keyboard!

when I write "heart" it marks "court", "Work" it marks "open" the Πdoes not work, on the other hand when I mark it goes he can not help but put me that goes in capital letters .

Another problem too, impossible to have the color palette for custom messages!
