Please confirm: volume rocker is active for a few seconds after locking device

I really hope I'm overlooking some option here, but it seems the volume rocker is active for a few seconds after locking the device.

So why is this a problem? Well, I only noticed this behavior because the volume of my phone is often on volume 1, even though I always try to keep it on vibrate. My guess is the action of putting the phone in the pocket of my pants happens quickly enough after locking that touching the volume rocker makes an adjustment to my device's volume: putting it on the lowest volume setting instead of vibrate!

So, other xz1 (compact) owners: do you see the same behavior?

Yes, the my volume rocker is active and able to wake the device for 1-2 seconds after the screen is off and the phone is in a locked state.

This is not a problem XZ1. This is the work of many (if not all) Xperia.

Well, the result of this behavior is (for me at least) that I can't seem to keep the phone on vibrate! Anyway: Tasker to the rescue! Now whenever the screen turns off it'll check my ringer volume after 3 seconds. If it's really low it sets it back to 0 (vibrate) 😃 Next up: use Tasker to fix the terrible auto brightness!
