Hi, 

After repair, I tried inserting my SIM card into the phone and it’s giving me an error message : To start android, enter your pin. I have entered my pin but it is still not responding. What can I do ?

Hi @Doyin, sorry to hear about this.

The PIN code that you should enter is the same one as your screen lock and why this shows up is because when you set a screen lock on your device, you also choose the option to enable this extra layer of protection on your device.

If you can't remember the PIN code, you will need to repair the device using Xperia Companion and note that all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted in this process.
