My phone XZ has just started to overheat on videos or camera and goes into safe mode

The more that you use the camera the hotter the phone it'll get, there's nothing wrong with the phone, also, are you saying that you experience the same when you boo in Safe mode?
The phone went into safemode on its own I use to be a able to use video or camera a lot longer than I can now, only after new update this is happening
restart the phone to exit Safe mode
