I'm afraid that the Xperia XZ1 does not support Mirrorlink and the latest of our devices that supported it was the Xperia X and Xperia X Performance, after that, no devices have had this support.
Your best options now are either to use Android Auto if that is supported in your country or if you can pair the device via Bluetooth.
