This is my experience. Only wanna share because of my appreciation of the work received from Sony.

Around one year ago, I was using Asus Deluxe 3, at that time, I bought the phone like 6,000 hkd.

Six months ago near warranty expired,  my phone was malfuction for some area of screen touching, and I tried to get to the repair store to repair.

However, they made me so frastrated and they expected me without my mobile phone for a month for them to repair.

Three months ago, the official warranty from Asus was expired and my phone finally broken down, unable to charge anymore. But since I bought it from Fortress and I got the warranty extension, I called the Fortress speed-post D2D service, and then I bought another phone Sony XZ2.

For the Asus case, after another month, Fortress said they did not have spare parts to help me repair the phone and Fortress agreed to let me trade with another phone with the same value. Since I totally disappointed with Asus, so I changed it to Sony, which was my favor 10 years ago.

Okay. After the above introduction, actually I have same problem, phone is unable to charge for my new Sony XZ2. But with so helpful by Sony, they loan me a spare phone to use during the repair time, and the repair time takes only 24 hours (within one day), and with a pretty customer representative lady's helps. The post-service is amusing. Especially had the Asus experience, I would say Sony has done a great job on this. 

Thank you so much for this post-service, and I am now using my phone and it somehow likes a new reborn phone again.
