Hello, I just bought xperia xz1 from a Greek e-shop. At that site it was mentioned that with the phone I will get a free pair of headphones. The e-shop informed me that it is a gift from Sony. Does anyone know what I have to do to get it?

best to talk to the shop, as it was a sony offer but restricted to certain shops for certain timed & stock limited purchases.

in the case of my UK purchase the website showed a claim link before hand and when the phone was delivered there was a reminder of the process on a printed sheet with the pre-ordered phone.

As @ezy wrote, there are different pre-booking campaigns for different markets/regions and since this is a Global forum, I recommend that you get in touch with your Local support team as they are the experts on your market.

They will be able to provide you with a much more detailed answer on how to get a hold of the headphones that were included in the pre-book campaign for the Xperia XZ1, for example if you need to contact the store again or if there is a website where you can claim them.
