Having problem with Turkey Customer Care - KVK Company

Hi,

I am using Sony Xperia for years. Now I have a Xperia XZ. I bought it 1 year ago. 

This is my second Xperia ... I did not have any problems with first one. But with XZ it has got screen problems with screen sencor problem... 

I sent it to local company KVK to fix it within Guarantee but they replied me as "it has got water inside" and "as a result of this it can not be fixed with guarantee."  I replied them as "May be you dont know but Xperia XZ is water resist phone, and I am a good user that not forcing phones limits" KVK is not accept situation so I write this to Sony Support / Turkey. They replied me from questions.tr@support.sonymobile.com and saying exactly same as KVK. 

As a international trader I did not have a chance working with Japan but as I know Japan customer care is legendary. Please inform KVK and your partners in Turkey for my problem. (My Sony Xperia Contact Center, Service Request: 1-40123947780.) I will be apriciate and will inform my friends (as I am doing for years) that Xperia is right choise to buy.
