Download from Amazon app store

Hi all,

I am trying to download an app from the Amazon App Store but it keeps saying to set unknown sources on. I’ve seen similar threads on this forum & have set the Amazon AppStore app to “Install unknown apps” to ‘Allowed’ but it still won’t install but keeps referring to set unknown sources. Please help!!!

Just to double check 

Settings > apps & notifications > advanced > special app access > install unknown apps > amazon > allow from this source

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Yes Amazon Appstore App is set as required to allow from this source and yet when I try to install the app it still just refers me to ensure unknown sources are set? Any other suggestions? I’ve tried restarting the phone but still no luck.
