Death problem

When I turn my phone off to turn it back on again I got to put it to charge  for a sec then when it's on it can come off why is this I there a way to get it fixed I have had this for less than 5 months

are you saying that whenver you turn off the phone and you try to turn it on, it doesn't work UNLESS you connect it to a wall charger/computer? 

Does this happen at any battery % ?

I can't turn it when I push the power button  unless I put it to charge but then I can walk around with it it's broken what's the problem

That sounds like a hardware issue, you have to contact your Local Support to get it inspected/repaired.

I factory reset my phone and it did nothing what the local one to swansea
