Connection Problem on incoming calls

Help!!

(new xz1 compact) 

Once call is answered there is no sound/can't hear the caller. This lasts  for approx 15secs then it starts working ie connected and can hear the caller.

No issue with Outgoing calls they connect straight away

I didn't check that but preformed hard reset which has resolved the issue. It could be one of my apps conflicting with incoming calls I suppose - will try to identify it today... If I have a spare couple of hrs to test them all !! 😁

OK so I have tracked it down to my smart watch, surprise surprise it is a Sony smart talk (swr30). Obviously the old android version is not communicating correctly with Oreo - no update to the app available yet...
