Chrome color leaves from cover

I buy this phone 2 months ago. Never fell. Chrome paint close to camera button  is fell off.

Guy in store tell me I need speak with sony about this. He recommend using phone insurance to fix this but I ask why ?

This phone is not even scratch but this chrome lost make very disapointed.

I'm sorry to hear that, but this is a global user based forum, you will have to contact your Local support, it might not be covered by your warranty but only they can answer that question.

I sent phone to sony repair center and they fix this under warranty.

Unfortenately they send me back wrong charger and different data cable.

@nsuprinz1974you could try contacting your Local support about it, then, and see if they can send you the proper charger.

Strange that they actually asked you to send in the charger & cable in the first place
