Can't answer incoming call by sliding

Добрый день! Так и продолжает "зависать" при входящем звонке не возможно сдвинуть ползунок "ответить", сторонние звонили пробовал - то же самое. С трудом удаётся ответить после разблокирования отпечатком (не сразу, а когда пооткрываешь куча меню). Может кто-нибудь нашёл как решить?

Are you able to reject the call by swiping the icon downwards, or does that not work either? To get us started with the troubleshooting, could you try and restart your device in safe mode and see if there is any change when your downloaded applications aren't loaded? Nothing will be deleted, and the applications will start up again once you restart your device, so it's only for testing purpose.
