Hello everyone, I just wandered if anyone knows if you are anyhow able to activate calling screen to be like before? I'm being annoyed that I must to unlock the screen every time someone calls, even just to see who's calling. And if it's going to be enabled in a future update? I hope many of you agree with me.
Don't know exactly what you mean, the calling screen is available when receiving a call without needing to unlock the screen. Since when are you having this behavior?
Yes; I also have the phone updated (XZ Premium) to Pie and when recieving a call, even with the screen locked, the calling screen behaves exactly as before (you can answer or reject the call and after ending the call the phone returns to the locked screen). Can you tell where you read about that security feature?
I can't find it now, but I think it was somewhere in the lockscreen settings. Maybe I just thought so, but still, it's really annoying. I hope it's going to be alright after one more update from Sony.
I have the same issue for the last few days after the pie update .My phone rings screen stays black after press power button to get screen on then the ringtone stops then have to unlock phone to answer it ?
Screen remains black when receiving incoming call. It rings and vibrates. Have to press the power button, draw my unlock pattern, select phone, the select continue call in progress before I can answer call. Any suggestions?
