There is no setting that will redirect all calls to the voicemail for a set time period. You can however use the Do not disturb mode to have calls come through, but no sound will be played and you can then see in the call log when the person called you.

You can adjust the Do not disturb mode if you go to Settings > Sound > Do not disturb.
