I have a 2 month old Z5 bought Sept 2016 new from Bell. My 4th Sony. However after the Sony update it shut down, and I cannot restart it. I have tried:
- Hold Power + Vup
- Hold Power + Vdown
- Hold Power + Vup and down
- Drain Battery and recharge
- remove SIM and replace
- Sony Companion reload of SW
- Stand on my head and scatch my phone...
All no luck.
EDIT: when charging the LED is a fast blink...
