Bought my z3c in spain (mediamarkt) around 5 months ago, went back to norway, about a week ago i got the infamous audio jack problem. Talk to sony support, they gave me an adress to take my phone to repair, took to repair, the "repair" took around 30 mins (waited outside) 2 days later the device stopped recognizing the headphones and just started playing music in the speakers whether i had headphones connected or not. I tried everything on my own, and searching around the web i realized its not a "software issue". I dont want to be an and "fix" the device and then sell it because i know it might probably never get fixed. I want sony to refound me the money i paid for the phone so i can move on to another company, how likely are they to give me my money back? any experience with that?
80% of my phone use is for music so this is a pretty big deal for me.
