Z3C complaint - problem.

At the begining I try explain my issue.
I'm a owner of the Xperia Z3 compact smartphone IMEI No: No private info should be displayed
My phone broke down, it happens. Not a big deal.
I sent my Z3C to the my vendor. In next step a vendor sent it to the Sony Service Center. My Z3C was registered in Sony Service Center - 5th September 2015.
Around 22-23th September 2015 I received delivery from Sony Service Center contains following ingredients:
- My Z3C - still not fixed
- Document with information that it is not possible to fix my Z3C and I have to contact with my vendor to replace my broken Z3C with a new one.
I followed the instructions. 29th September my vendor offered me replace my Z3C to HTC ONE M8.
I would ask if this solution for my complaint, is following according to Sony requirements?

A Sony service centre is offering you a Non Sony device? or the retailer?

I'm not sure who. It is not possible to find out who is responsible to solve my problem, but both side Sony Service Center and retailer inform me that it is a standard procedure.
I sent my phone for serwis at 04,09 2015. Sony service center and my retailer together offer for me only a HTC phone as only one option. In they opinion there is no other option.

I just got information from my retailer that the Sony Service Center offer me HTC phone instead of Z3C.

Hello.
I just get information that Z3C phone is not avaible in all the world, and this is why my retailer and polish Sony Service Center are not able delivery to me new one, and they even can not tell when Z3C will be available in the future.
It is true?

I contacted of the call center Sony Poland regarding my phone.
They do not monitor in any way how is solved my problem by retailer. They believe that the issue of a document expertise of the impossibility of repair is equivalent to making repairs. I could eventually send the phone back to Sony service center, then perhaps, in no specific time, the phone will be repaired or replaced. Sony Poland does not have any internal procedures, which defined the maximum allowed time to solve the problem. The execution time of request for repair, depends by Sony Poland from unspecified factors and it is not possible to determine.
In conclusion - with the repair, they can wait until my death and also death of my heirs.
Warranty for the Sony products sold in Poland, is valid until payment for the goods will be done, .
Thank you Sony for .... for nothing.

Now they offer me a phone Samsung S4. No one even think to fix my Z3C or replace by new one Z3C.
Great.
My congratulation for Sony. There no other so flexible company as Sony, which offer products of they competitors.
