Z2 Did not turn on need help.

Hello everyone.

I have my z2 for about 1 month now. Last night when I was about to go to sleep I noticed my z2 was really hot around where the NFC logo is located, also the power button did not work. This morning I did hold down power plus volume buttons and that fix that problem but for some reason my phone is still hot at the top, any advice would be great. Thanks.

Boot the phone in safe mode,see if the same occurs:

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Perhaps something got hanged. Try to turn off the phone by press and hold the power button and volume up and let it lay there for a few minutes, up to en hour before starting it again.
