Z1 Not responding at all

Hello.

I have searched this forum a while, but i could not find a case that matches my problem..

My Xperia Z1 was on about 80% power and i could not get it to wake up.

I tried to restart it, and was able to hold power and Volume button together to force a reboot.

The Phone vibratet 3 times and powered on with backlight on, but a black screen.

I tried the whole thing once again in a room where no Bluetoothdevice should be present..

It vibratet 3 times and kept beeing black and silent. In this case black means even no backlight is on.

Even the charge-light does not show up after having it connected to power for more than one hour.

Did my hardware got damaged from lying on my desk?

Or could this be an issue solvebale without changing the complete device
?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you perform a software repair on your unit via PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

But if there is no improvement after a software repair, you should contact nearest service center. You can contact your local support team for further information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way:

Hello,

i already tried to use SUS and connect the Z1 to PC while pressing volume-minus-Button when asked to do so.

But the PC and SUS did not recognize some device on USB.

Then I suggest that you visit nearest service center or contact your local support for further information about how you should proceed in this case.
