Not yet, but going to. Have to deal with my both phones to make the old one working. It all takes my time

So they are not going to repair my camera.

front camera doesn't work. been told to restore to factory settings. It was the pain to do it and now it's another pain to restore it - as expected! Camera obviously still doesn't work. what a waste of time.
Apart of that - small SD card cover is faulty - please exchange. Both defaults are covered by warranty. I also need repair back screen as it's damaged. Please note that this occurred about a year ago and camera broke about a month ago. The reason I didn't repair it is that I didn't want to send my phone away. I need my number for work - still don't know how I with it. Not happy:(

After long chat with customer service I found out that they are not going to repair the camera - which is under warranty, because the rear of the phone is broken. and they can't repair camera and not to repair the rear. And repair of the rear is not economicaly worth it. Got it? I didn't. They are happy to send me my phone back - working, broken rear and broken camera. I don't know ... I don't think it's the right way to deal with the phone under warranty.

I've forgotten to add that I sent phone out on Monday, they confirmed receipt on Tuesday and quotation is from today - Monday. They are not very fast.
