Hi,
I have recently purchased the Sony Xperia Z2 phone and within a weeks time the back glass cracked in the cover all by itself. This is rediculous!!!!
Never expected something like this to happen. I take so much care of it and i havent allowed it to even hurt anywhere as it is always in its cover. I woke up this morning and picked up the phone from my table to make a call when i felt something wiered happening in the back of the phone, i took of the cover only to realise that the back glass is cracked.
I hope you guys are going to replace it for me as this has to be some deffect in the phone. It horrible. Its my first Sony phone and i have a real bad experience.
For anyone who is affected in the UK, Sony has given a telephone number to call (08705 237 237) which is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
I have contacted the dealer and they are yet to get back to me on this. I however, still need to know what Sony Xperia has to say about this as it is unacceptable to have such issues with an expensive phone like this.

i do understand but here in the uk they have said some units might be faulty nd they will change it for free if it happends to be so hence why i said try to contact them directly not the sony center but like the sony office for your region
ring the number above and report it to them since they appeared on watchdog they provided that number
