Xperia Z1 does not search for new network or reconnect after romaing

when going to germany my phone connected to the provided network, and started raoming ( little R above signalstrength) 

But after returning to my country the phone will not lose the R there for not able to use mobile internet. Not even when i manualy set the phone to my own network. The R is still there and no matter what i do or try. Even my phone company couldn't help so far. Is there something i'm ( and they ) are missing. 

I tried: resetting the phone, turn off mobile data, turn it back on, turn off dataroaming, turned it to international, Turned phone off and on. network reset, different simcard, changing network.. shorty i tried everything i know..

Software glitch..
Take all needed data and photos, music.. copy to somwhere safe like pc or laptop and reinstall soft with PC Companion Updates/repair. 
You can also try "erase all data" from options under settings, and check "Erase All". 
Both ways you''ll loose all data not copyied to different place, so I would be more for first option and install Android OS with updates from beginning.

My z1 keeps losing mobile signal 📶 theyvsaid it has been fixed in the 4.4.4 software update but the problem persisted after it i took my phone to the store they said they couldnt do anything it is a software problem
Ps:i tried software repair several times
