xperia p stucked on an app

today when I logged in to baddoo , my xperia p suddenly stopped working ... and its not giving any response .. 
what shuld i do nw ????

I suggest that you hold down the ON/OFF button + volume up(+) for 5-10 seconds and you should force a restart/shutdown.
