I updated yesterday to the new 4.4.4 firmware 18.3.1.C.0.21 Customized_PT and after that i couldn´t connect to Google play with wifi only with mobile network 3G 4G, as soon i turn on wifi even if i have mobile internet on i will not be able to dowload or update my apps. Never had this issue with any of the 4.4.2 updates. I also reflashed again, hard reset, clear cache, etc nothing seems to be solving this issue. But also i can use chrome with no issues over the wifi exept for Google Play store saying connection expired.

Is your data working? test it with the browser go to time.gov, does it work?

if that doesn't work then try this

settings > xperia > internet settings > accept

Do you have an antivirus app?

how old is the SIM card?

My date is fine, i can navigate on Chrome with any issues over wifi on mobile network, my problem is still login to google accounts over wifi, also can get sony updates over wifi, seems everything points to Google but every solution i got just doesnt work.

after update to 4.4.4 WiFi automatically gets on... Xperia m2 dual...

Settings-power management,you might have enabled wifi by location.

No but seems this is all Google accounts bugs, problem solved by itseft, just took me to downgrade the firmware and the problem still was there so only one thing could be. Thx for the help anyway

hi everyone,
Recently I've updated my M2 to 4.4.4.
But I've got some problems:
1- NFC not working
2- Mobile data sometimes got offline
I've tried format, cleaned my phone,etc. But these didn't solved these problems.
Anyone help me?

I think this Firmwire upgrade 4.4.4 has some big bug in it as a result of which it;s showing issues......I am using it too and suddenly the Notification Light Bar at the bottom of the phone stated to stop working.....n now showing different sorts of issus and utimately slowing down my phone n forcing me to RESET the phone......help pls SONY Corp

I have update to 4.4.4 yesterday....and now my light bar not blink anymore....i have push the reset button n wait until 10 second to turn on my device again.but nothing happen...my light nar still not working....please fix it as soon as posible....
