Hi,

i upgraded my phone to the newest android version released for it, since then the phone has not been charging normally. sometimes it does not charge at all even when it displays "charging", and after a few minutes the battery begins to drain even while it is connected to the charger.

I did not do the upgrade with my PC this time, i did from the phone(from the phone's update center) while it was charging.

The charging port is ok, so what could be the problem and how can i fix it?

did u restart the phone once and try? do a phone once again then

Have you tried to charge your phone with another charger?

If you still experience the same behavior I would suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion.

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone/tablet".

i have tried different chargers, even with my laptop too, but it is the same thing. i have also done repair with sony update services succesfully, but it is still the same. what else can i do please.
