xperia GO update has ruined phone

Having been prompted by Sony to upgrade my phonme to their latest OS my phone has become slow, many functins are no longer useable, and it needs charging twice a day on occasions.

Called the 'helpline' and was told old phone best to get new one. No help given other than to continue with slow slugish phone.

ALL I WANT IS FOR MY PHONE TO GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE I WAS PROMPTED BY SONY TO UPGRDE. Having sold me a phone I was perfectly happy with, I now have a phone I am unhappy with through no fault of my own.

Can anyone help bring my phone resume the quality of life it once had, or are SONY a bunch of well dressed shiesters who having taken your money then decide when you've had enough of your phone.

Have you got it sorted yet? My son and i have the same problem - Sony have ruined ouir phones there must be some come back. OPn occations it is even impossible to answer it.

How can I install the previous software?

The new one don't work well.

You need a flashtool and old GB firmware.Check XDA.

did you get back the original firmware of your phone?? how did you do it ? sony deveopers also suggested that to me and it affected my phone in many ways.. i have downloaded emma flash tool but i'm scared in unlocking the bootloader of my phone for maybe it could only add damage..
