Won't fully charge (stuck at 89%)

I can't seem to charge more than 89%.

Is this hardware problem or it a Lollipop issue with Xperia? I read Z2 has such similar problem

Anybody else have this problem with M5?

Ps, latest firmware. Used the out of box adapter and cable to charge.

Try repairing it with Sony PC Companion and see if that helps.
