WIFI turn on itself everytime

my phone wifi turn on itself every time, i manually turn it off but it turn on again. This drain a lot of my battery, please help me.

Go to wifi and select advanced settings. See if keep wifi on during sleep and scanning always available are enabled.

If I understand you correctly, you need to go to Settings > Wi-Fi and turn it off every time? How often does this occur? Are you doing something special (using an app etc) when Wi-Fi turns on? 

I suggest that you boot the phone into safe mode to see if same thing happens.
