my mobile model: Z1 compact
sim type: nano sim => converted to micro sim with help of using micro sim adaptor
i can able to send the text sms in my home town.
But I cant able to send the text sms when i am in roaming. it shows "Could not send"
it'll be wise to get a NANO SIM card whenever you can
Actually i didnt face this kind of problem in my old samsung mobile(s duos).
Just try the above suggestion and contact them.
my current sim type is nano only.
But Z1 compact is micro sim. so i am using the micro sim adaptor.

That could be the problem, is it possible that you get a regular MICRO SIM card ?
