Even if the Sony responders answer it will be a bull$#!? answer about how it depends on the region or when you bought it, but cant tell you anything else. I even got a link in my answer to their blog post from 5/21 saying the release is out, and another about firewalls.
They are really stupid. They would be better off just telling the truth, that they screwed it all up and dont know what they are doing.
