Updating Issue problem

when i update my phone through the update software , i follow all steps correct and after downloading  , and installation to the phone till about 99% of progress installation , says always " Failed to install updates " and i remove cable and restart the phone , it installs and customize the system ,

it says every time updates availble after that ..

same with my case.

I just buy other brand.

finished all the problem

Don't expect more with this xperia x2.
