update xperia m to 4.3 jellybean failed

Hi,

I am facing problem when updating to 4.3 jellybean in xperia m.In phone it shows "new system update available".But when i connect to pc companion it shows your phone is up ta date.when i update from phone,the updates r downloaded but couldn't be installed.it shows error like "couldn't install new software version.try again".I tried 3-4 times..but same problem occurs.

Hey after downloading the software switch off your phone for 1 minute and turn On then install the update. It will take 30 minutes then enjoy jelly bean 4.3

as i said before phone shows that new sysyem software available..but when i connect phone to pc ,pc companion shows your phone is up to date...

okk..let me try it..u r saying when i download update rather install it i should 1st turn off phone ,then swich on then intall..right ???
