unable to back-up my phone

please help i am trying to back up all my files uncluding games before i restore my phone again for the third time this year yet after waiting for 30-60 mins for it to be prepared it then says there is an error and the the pcc program crashes. what should i do.?

PCC won't backup your games and other huge media files.You have to backup contacts,messages etc.That is why the application crashes.
