unable to attend calls

Hi,

I have latest software update in my phone. Still I have issues with not able to pick/attend calls. My phone gets struck and I am unable to restart my phone.

This happens everyday.

Sony guys if you are alive fix this ASAP. I have already given to your service guys and your guys are uncapable to fix this issue. But they are cable to bill customer throwing issue on customer with different reasons.

If am not sure Sony has trained there service executives with giving training on how to handle customers instead of fixing the bugs or issues.

i could see 15 issues with phone not responding.

Have u checked if your sim card properly inserted in ur phone .. have u tried factory reset and using of other sim?

Thanks for the information.  I am using micro sim & resetted the phone to factory defaults sevaral times.  still the problem exists.  

I have given to sony service with the same problem.  Not sure what they have done?  still i have the issue.

Perhaps you can try to "repair" the phone through the Sony PC Companion on PC.

I would like to share my case.  After the first update to Kitkat, I would get "android UI crash" message after restart. Then it would just crash constantly.  I "repaired", just another phrase for reflash the firmware, made it working again.  I have been using the phone for another week and it is flawless.

Give it a try.
