Touch screen

hi, 

my mobile touch screen is not working , also my computer does not recognize my phone it only charge it 

my phone fall in swimming pool for 10 min or more , when i turned off it didn't turn on after at least 2 weeks of charging 

or Exposure direct sun light until it get hot then turned on . 

now touchscreen is not working .
