Things Should be Fixed

When I use safe mode in xperia sp and start again in Normal mode. It deleted all shortcut from Homepage and also rearrange installed apps.

This problem I am facing in Android 4.3

Sounds of Movies is very low I have to use MX player instead of it.

It's not happening to me... the deleted shortcut thing. And I use MX Player too. The default Movie Player **bleep**. BE does cover MX Player anyway.

Do you have use your phone in safe mode?

Yes once. To test the heating issue is caused by the native app or user app. When I got back to normal mode, nothing's changed.

Actually, I have rearranged install apps but when I start normal mode after safe mode the inbuild apps come first and than all other install apps are back them.

yes it happens with me too ,from safe mode back to normal we have to rearrange all apps ..it should be fixed and flickering screen issue. while attending a call the illumination light bar is on sometimes.
