text notifications

I just got my z2. When I recieve a text it does notifications show on the locksreen, only at the topbar. Can I get a notification on the lockscreen? And is it possible to set the text only to show "new text" and not the whole message..?

I presume you've come from an iPhone.

There are plenty of apps/widgets in the Play Store which can do this for you.

Ops.. I worng then. Im also used samsung.. Samsung only will show whole text for 1 or 2 new msg, after that only show how many new msg.

Correct me if im wrong.

Nope, samsung does not show text at all, which means that people next to you can't read the incoming text - i lige that. Wish the z2 could do the same
