SONY why is this partiality towards Indian buyers ( we are not paying any less than other region buyers) and stop providing substandard products.

You have launched Sony Xperia Z2 phone inIndia with no LTE (4G)support, though 4G is available in India (Airtel), LTE supported phone is launched in other regions like UK, Japan, Singapore and Etc and not in India.

No Noise Cancellation Head Phone is included in the package, what is included is basic head phone (not even an in ear head phone), wherein other regions better package is provided (Noise cancellation Head Phone, Magnetic Dock), instead you have added Smart Band which is of no practical use and not sure of the carry case (Z1 free case was horrible)

We want CHANGE in SONY India’s attitude towards Indian Buyers. Provide us with products which are on par with other region buyers. We want Noise Cancellation Head Phone instead of Smart Band and make it universal.

According to the official India launch of Xperia Z2, the phone does come with LTE 4G moderm. However, India LTE is not compatible for use currently. As details of what's in the box, it's already been clearly disclosed before launch. Demo please refer to Sony website or any roadshows, if they do promotion in India.

Same thing done with Xperia Z users for India, Kitkat 4.4 Update was globally released on 21.5.14 but they are still denied for providing latest software in India. So bad service by sony in India.

These all are marketing jimmix. You usually see the global product release and think you will get the same. after rushing to buy you will be surprised that some thing is missing.

If some thing is not included in the product box, why is the price of the products are on par with global market? why they are not 30% to 40% less in India.

On top of that sotware updates. Such a dumb updates. Need to wait for months and end of the day you need to wait for updates for the bugs introduced.

When a device can globally released in different markets then why canot sotwares at same time? what stopping them to do? what stopping them not to include the same accessory for all countries.

An an example, you just go and search for "unboxing xperia z2 tablet" in youtube. you will find different videos where one unboxing has docking station and other doesn't have.

I don't blame sony but blame customers like us/me who are still buying.

@Bearings Z2 handset dosent support LTE in India, i have confirmed from Sony India that it dosent have LTE modem built in and its mentioned in box as well
