Dear Sir/Mam

I would like bring few lines for your kind consideration and action.

My mobile have been stolen from my store at location: Village + Post - Bairia (West Tolla), Dist. - Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, that was my father operating and i bought from Saudi Arabia. I need to back my mobile because my father to much love this mobile and now he could not eat and sleep well and he is so sad. He already complained to police station and FIR almost one week ago but there is no any action. So i hope that you will understand of my fillings. I kindly request to you that please help me to find out of my mobile. Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Sorry to hear this but Sony is unable to do this - This is upto your network and or the police - you could also try Android device manager but the phone will need to be on with wifi and GPs also turned on

but you can blocked of emei number of my mobile. if you will block emei number of mobile than mobile is useless so no any body can use.

I suggest that you contact Sony Mobile from within your region, they will be able to supply information regarding such a function and if this can be done.
